By accessing Qualifica Academy, you agree to these Terms of Use and to any additional rules presented during enrollment, payment, or platform access.
2. Educational Purpose
Qualifica Academy provides technical education, references, study materials, assessments, and community support. The content is educational and does not replace local codes, employer procedures, safety standards, or professional supervision.
3. Account And Access
Your account is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for all activity performed through your access.
4. Subscription And Cancellation
Plans are billed according to the option selected at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions may be cancelled according to the platform or payment provider rules. Access may remain available until the end of the paid period.
5. Intellectual Property
Courses, videos, PDFs, checklists, exams, designs, texts, and platform materials are owned by Instituto Qualifica or its licensors. You may use them for personal study only. Copying, reselling, sharing, publishing, or redistributing materials is not allowed without written permission.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, share paid content publicly, harass other members, or use the community for spam, illegal activity, or unsafe technical advice.

We may update courses, benefits, pricing, platform features, or these terms when needed. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised version.
